A very long sales pitch
The mantra they mention is food first then go on to tell you to buy three lots of tablets to take before every meal. They informed me that a caramel latte and cookie has lots of sugar but if you want to know what to eat sign up to one of their chargeable programs. A lady rang in with pre diabetes who had been told to eat low fat food and margarine. Oh how the presenters laughed at this and told her this is mis information but gave no advice on what she should eat other than butter(not going to end well). They did give her a phone number to ring to sign up to one if there chargeable programs though. They tell you all the things that people are doing wrong and how worried the population should be but no advice on how to fix it other than give them a call or buy there tablets. A waste of time and if I had not been jogging would have turned it off sooner.
