“Without a doubt, this is the most intelligent, scientific and common sense information on nutrition I have heard in a long time. I've long been afraid to eat protein and fat, for the fear of gaining weight and having high cholesterol. Now I am starting to learn why my avoidance of those foods may be preventing me from feeling (and looking) as good as possible. Thank you for re-introducing me to the way my mom and grandmother taught me to eat so many years ago - protein, healthy fats and vegetables.
