Absolutely wonderful
I’m so glad I was referred this podcast. Although it isn’t a “cure” for anxiety (because there isn’t a cure lol) they are so helpful with the way they explain things and it’s so comforting to hear the stories of other people who struggle, really makes you feel not as alone! Thanks Josh and Drew.
