The best anxiety podcast
I have found this podcast to be the most helpful in explaining and understanding anxiety and panic. I have struggled for years with GAD and more recently severe health anxiety and cardiophobia. I am still working through recovery and I can’t thank these two enough for the clear information and advice here. I have also listened to Josh’s audiobooks on panic which I also highly recommend. Thank you.

Drew is a no nonsense guy and at first that irked me but his technique is spot on. Josh is a little more compassionate (sorry Drew 🤣) so the two of them together are a dynamic duo for anxiety recovery.
