Great if you can't follow the Court 24/7 but want informed commentary
An excellent legal podcast that has kept me entertained through long car rides and made me look like slightly less of an idiot when discussing Supreme Court cases with my law school friends. The unscheduled and unpredictable nature of the podcast is great for people (like me) who don't have the time or energy to dedicate hours of their time to a regularly scheduled podcast but also want intelligent and even-keeled commentary. Will and Dan self-consciously balance each other out, and taken together, deliver objective, insightful analysis of major SCOTUS cases. Keep up the good work!Read full review »

More reviews of Divided Argument
Not enough surfing content in the first two episodes but if you’re willing to content yourself with sophisticated and thoughtful legal analysis this more than suffices.

This podcast is simply the best. Insightful, thoughtful, and the hosts have great chemistry. I especially enjoy when they cover recent cases that are less well known. I look forward to every episode!

This is probably my favorite legal podcast. Will and Dan are both intellectually honest and forthcoming with their opinions. One suggestion: It would be cool if, during each episode, Will and Dan each recommended an article or book on a conlaw, admin law, fed courts, etc. topic.
