Divided Argument
Very interesting discussions that assist in the analysis of S Ct decisions. Obviously, it is very helpful to have read the opinion (and dissent(s)) before listening to these podcasts but, hey, the same was true in law school: you had to read the cases to appreciate the classroom discussion. One suggestion for Will and Dan: it would be helpful and illuminating if you would point to the key parts of opinions that you believe are correct or mistaken and discuss why. Particularly for those of us who have read the opinions it would help us coalesce our thoughts thereon. It’s not that you are not candid with your thoughts but oftentimes we are inferring your opinions on the specificities of the written products. But overall love your work!

I was sad when First Mondays ended and am delighted that Mr. Epps has resurfaced on Divided Argument. This is the geekiest and for me the the best of the SCOTUS podcasts. Each episode is worth at least two listens.

Just found this and glad I did. Excellent occasional episodes about Supreme Court cases. While my practice doesn’t involve con law very often I really enjoy hearing the analysis.
