Matt’s best contribution is just a platform for his guests to speak. He has no original thoughts. He’s a grifter like Saladino, who speaks with authority, yet changes his mind every other year. Amazing products at MITO life that you feel the difference with and if you don’t then you just may be supplementing the wrong things. Trial and error so find what your body needs :) this podcast is awesome with lots to learn and don’t forget to think critically
