If you truly are what you eat and believe food is thy medicine, then I’m sticking to whole foods rather than dogma.

If you’re taking health advice from this podcast, take it with a grain of salt. I’ve tried his supplements, the reviews on his website are very biased, he does not approve reviews including bad side effects.
