A Voice In The Wilderness
Listening to Matt Blackburn he goes against everything you’ve been told. Such as that oils (all oils including fish oil) are safe for us and sugar is bad. Matt goes in to great detail as why it’s actually the opposite. Personal note I had high cholesterol, anxiety issues, and high blood pressure. Since listening to Matt I have changed my diet. I’ve eliminated the following: -PUFA (polyunsaturated fats) -Hydrogenated oils -most oils in general including fish oil I’ve incorporated in to my diet lifestyle: -Sugar -Magnesium BiCarbonate which I firmly believe is the end all be all mineral. -Used red light therapy -shilajit Since then everything has been so much better. I must be honest I haven’t in corporated anything to do with the EMFs but I’m willing to learn. Also the haters will say Matt doesn’t provide enough research. The problem is that MOST INSTITUTIONS AND UNIVERSITIES HAVE BEEN BOUGHT AND PAID FOR BY BIG BUISINESS AND BIG PHARMA; because that cuts into their “profits” -Tom-
