“Narcissist Jeff Cannata ruins this show. Each episode he'll remind you that he hates cynicism and negativity… But proves time and time again he's the most negative person in games media. Here's the formula: Christian says something, Jeff agrees, attacks him personally then makes statements… With zero evidence. Unless you're a rich child with ADHD, none of his recommendations will hold true for you. He spends episodes saying he'll "Get around to playing" a game (or says how much he "loves" it) and then completely forgets about it next episode. When a guest mentions a game older than a week, Jeff changes the subject or gets extremely negative toward their feelings. He's an abusive egomaniacal "host" that wouldn't be fit to bag french fries. Christian (somehow) holds his own, and his views are always well thought out and impressive. Unfortunately, Jeff will interrupt or be condescending… Which makes for an awful podcast.

“I dunno, I'm just not feeling this podcast. These guys don't come off as especially likable or funny. I find the call-in format clunky and a little jarring to listen to. The good news is: I wasn't really feeling a shortage of gaming podcasts to begin with.”Read full review »
