I can not say enough about how great an instructor and therapist is Mindy. I have been implementing her advice a little over a year now, and I have seen great improvements in how I approach my practice. I love listening to this podcast as a quick review of the resourceful and spot-on information I have learned from her courses. Mindy is in a class of her own.
