Thank you ❤️
I felt compelled to say ‘thank you’ for sharing a much needed topic regarding mental health. I know this was deeply personal for you and Brandon and I felt the emotion...I got emotional and had to pause it a few times! When Brandon shared his earliest feeling at 5 I burst out crying. My 9 year old son recently shared with my husband and I that he sometimes has feeling of “why am I alive? Why am I here?” It took my breath away. I didn’t want to fix him, so in that moment we just held him and told him we were happy he trusted us enough to share. It began a journey of finding daily gratitude...for our whole family. And Brandon is so right that it has made such a difference. There are still some bad days but we are learning to talk together. I am hoping that we form a strong foundation that he can build upon as he gets older. Thanks for having the hard conversations ❤️

More reviews of Do The Thing, with Whole30's Melissa Urban
Ep 03 really struck a chord on several levels Good reminders. So far I’ve liked this episode the best - it sounds more the heart of Melissa than an interview show. Keep up the great podcasts.

Three ads in the first four minutes?? The sound quality isn’t great either it sounds like Melissa is in a tunnel. Hoping it gets better. Trying to get though the budgetnista episode because is a great topic!

I’ve followed this woman for years and I have so much respect for her knowledge, style, and approach to wellness. She is a joy to listen to and this podcast is full of practical, useful information for real people wanting to make real changes.
