Thank you ❤️
I felt compelled to say ‘thank you’ for sharing a much needed topic regarding mental health. I know this was deeply personal for you and Brandon and I felt the emotion...I got emotional and had to pause it a few times! When Brandon shared his earliest feeling at 5 I burst out crying. My 9 year old son recently shared with my husband and I that he sometimes has feeling of “why am I alive? Why am I here?” It took my breath away. I didn’t want to fix him, so in that moment we just held him and told him we were happy he trusted us enough to share. It began a journey of finding daily gratitude...for our whole family. And Brandon is so right that it has made such a difference. There are still some bad days but we are learning to talk together. I am hoping that we form a strong foundation that he can build upon as he gets older. Thanks for having the hard conversations ❤️

I love Melissa Urban and her message and values. This podcast has good quality content, great guests, and is it a good length. However, there are soooo many sponsors and advertisements it’s a little silly.
