Becoming a favorite...
As a person who is continuously striving to become the healthiest version of myself, I really enjoy this podcast. I've been following Melissa for years now, starting with my introduction to the Whol30 through the book "It Starts with Food." Change starts with where you are now and visualizing where you want to be and strategizing the steps to get there. This podcast gives you way more information beyond just the Whole30. It dips into tools to better know yourself and finding inspiration and research to help you move along the journey of "Doing Your Thing." I really appreciate insight into the intentions behind Whole30, the expertise brought to the show, the quick, concise nature of the show, and looking at behavior change through a reality lense.
