Every thing you thing you know may get you questioning what you have been told to believe for whether it diets, lifestyles or "scientific research" for example clean eating.
I'm not nutritional trained or come from a background of nutrition but I enjoy every week and it makes me explore "my beliefs" or what I have been told to believe.
Laura is a fantastic host with great guests each week is different from, Drs, business women/men, sports people, coaches.
Easy listening and insightful listening
Laura is also very honest, open and funny she is contactable through her email and social media for any further questions or suggestions on the podcast or stuff in general
