Keep me running at the front of the pack!
I've been following Dr. Bubbs for years now and his approaches to health and fitness in the modern day have been extremely helpful and impactful. His tips and tricks on incorporating diet changes, environmental cheats and fitness plans into the most challenging of schedules has been a life saver. I spend a lot of my time flying and away from my normal house hold staples and Dr Bubbs has created on the go short cuts to keep me high functioning. I read his book cover to cover and subscribed to his weekly emails and instagram highlights. Looking forward to listening to his podcasts on a regular basis! Recommend to anyone constantly looking to gain insight into the real science behind what fuel to take in, how to keep the engine running smoothly and how to maximize what time you have to stay physically fit.
