This is a ChatGPT podcast with occasional food-related interviews. I get that the interviewer has an ebook to sell, but 90% less AI talk with people who aren’t interested in the topic would make these easier to listen to. It was great to hear the Curd Nerd story in any case.

Briana shared interesting information about NOFA and her role in the nonprofit organization. It’s no surprise that she considers herself an organic farmers’ groupie as her heart is into much more natural living than the average American and she always follows her heart. Great podcast!
