Encourages eating disorders
I've only listened to the episode "toxic hunger", and I'm extremely disturbed. This episode basically calls eating a disorder. This is what women have lived with forever and only now are we finally breaking out of these messages we were raised with to be socially "allowed" to enjoy food. Yes there are food addicts. But not everyone is, and nowhere does this episode ever discuss what healthy hunger looks like. Deeply disappointing.
