“I LOVE this podcast. Eliza always brings up super interesting topics, and I always feel educated and better informed about things I knew little to nothing about before listening. She keeps it real, doesn’t preach or make you feel guilty, and it’s not just the same old “how to lose weight” tips over and over. Eliza also mixes in mental health-related topics which are so thought-provoking. Of all of the health experts I’ve listened to/read/watched, no one has led to more real changes in my life than Eliza. I also cannot recommend her meal plans enough - I’ve been on it for two months and I have more energy than I’ve had in years, my digestion is regular, I don’t feel deprived (so I no longer binge when going out) and I’m half way to my weight loss goal. Seriously, DO IT.”
