Very good classes but with long verbose introductions & instructions
I really like Elsie and it is clear she is very familiar with teaching yoga correctly, and I do like Anusara quite a bit. What I am finding disappointing about the classes is first, how long and verbose her introductions are - I always have to fast forward to where she begins the class - and then she also talks a bit more than what I would prefer DURING the classes, and the side conversations with students are distracting. I really want to find a way to fit her into my schedule and my recommendation is to cut the introduction and add the news/info at the very end. Thank you.

Wonderful yoga podcast. Elsie knows how to guide you through the workout, without seeing what she is doing. She explains all the nuances of the poses beautifully.
