“I've now done several of Elsie's podcasts, and I think she does a great job at mixing up the sequences and keeping the classes fresh and varied. You should definitely have a working yoga vocabulary before attempting her podcasts, as all the poses are referred to in their Hindi names. I also appreciate that you can follow along from her website (some photos demonstrate which poses she refers to). Elsie has great energy and is very inspiring. Thanks for the podcasts and keep it up!”Read full review »

“A great class, the teacher is very energetic & knowledgable. She explains things so clearly that it doesn't even matter that there is no video. Step by step instructions, motivation, tips on poses, breathing, EVERYTHING you would get from an actual class. Elsie is WONDERFUL!!!”Read full review »

“I really enjoy this class. Elsie does a great job of explaining the poses and her commentary always makes me think. I would love to see shorter sessions (under 50 min) for those times when I'm tired after a long work day.”Read full review »

You will also find the occasional video suppliment and, in a departure...”Read full review »
