Too Much Talking, Unnecessary Information
Have been practicing yoga for eight years; thought this would be a good occasional replacement, however, this woman incessantly speaks to hear herself talk, and gets very annoying when you are tying to relax. Personal experience doesn’t include hearing about yoga instructor’s children, personal life, etc.

Her classes are fun, explorative and really interesting. Her themes are really from the heart and sweet. If you are a fan of yoga and want to try a new class, please try one of these. They are really well laid out and organized, based on your skill level. Bravo Elsie!!!
