I'm a seasoned yoga teacher who is relatively new to the Anusara form, and these podcasts have been a blessing to me because there is no Anusara where I live. Elsie's classes are exquisitely sequenced, and her explanations of the alignment principles are lucid and engagingly conveyed. Moreover, she makes yogic philosophy meaningful to everyday life without reducing it to banalities. But most importantly, I really like her vibe. I am a teacher and for me to find time to get into a class can be a challenge at times. I found the time to push play and this was a great gift to have a teacher right there for me. YEAH!
