Best yoga podcast I've found
Elsie's yoga podcasts are wonderful. The classes are well-structured, clearly taught, heartfelt, and sincere. You can also go to Elsie's website if you want to see pictures of the pose sequence. I recently moved from a city rich in yoga community to a new state, and I'm very grateful for the opportunity to take classes with a gifted teacher through Elsie's podcasts. The only issue I've had is with the iTunes updates which deleted the podcasts I'd downloaded from Elsie.Read full review »
