I love how these episodes have practical tips to help improve your marriage! They also do a good job at explaining concepts that completely apply to my husband and I, but we didn’t have the words to explain. The episode on What Men Need is a perfect example of this.

My husband and I were/are struggling for years after babies came into our life. In January, baby #3 arrived. Shortly thereafter I started pumping and bottle feeding the baby, and so every night I had a bunch of pump parts and bottles to wash. I also started walking about 30 minutes per day. Annoyed at the teasing of info and not actually providing actionable info. They want to sell you on their guides and retreats … I get it but it’s too much and not enough value.

Love this podcast! They have great insights and advice! My only qualm is that Aaron cuts Jocelyn off a lot and sometimes even says “no that’s not gonna work” after she gives a great analogy or thought. I’m not a huge fan of that and I would love to hear more from her.
