Yesss! Every point is so accurate! From the gym intimidation to following a plan for 4-6 weeks to see results. I have always worked out and been healthy but until I began following Emma I was clueless as to what would actually make physical changes and the plus was improved mental health! Signing up for a month of Shred and now the monthly membership has been a game changer....it’s money well spent and actually the results are priceless!

Loved the episode that talks about the difference between a deficit, maintenance, and surplus! Look forward to these podcasts every week. I have truly transformed not only my body, but my LIFESTYLE. A huge part of that is due to Emma, her podcasts, and her Instagram! Cannot recommend enough!
