Just listened to 5 mistakes you make in nutrition. I learned a lot about my relationship with food in this first episode. I can’t wait to listen to more so I can keep learning and finding ways to change some of the mistakes I’ve been making.

This is the BEST podcast on macros, health, and fitness by far! I’ve been searching for something that I can connect with and the first episode I listened to gave me so many takeaways. I only wish she started sooner so I could go back and binge more episodes.
