Top notch!!
I have been climbing for about 4 years now. I had been bouldering in the gym with my friends and have plateaued at the v5 level. Listening to these podcasts started me on a trajectory that is breaking that plateau. The book is incredible. I am a nurse and deeply appreciate the deeper physiology that Eric explains in these podcasts and in the book. I was guilty of training improperly and it was stunting my growth potential. Super excited to see where my new training is going to take me!
