Very good information, a lot of rambling
The information in this podcast are very good and carefully researched, that’s why I listen to this. Unfortunately up to almost half of an episode can be occupied with rambling about less important stuff, self admiration about how long, strong etc he climbs, how many papers he reads, how many books and articles he has written etc. I can recommend his book Training 4 climbing though, as there is no rambling and excellent information with nice illustrations.

Eric Hörst is both coach and scientist who delivers proven and substantive training tips for all levels of climbers (and performance-minded athletes). He also still crushes at the crag, sending 5.13 in his 50s. Thank you for these podcasts Eric. Keep up the awesome work!
