Best in Class for Modern History
Just discovered this podcast a couple weeks ago and quickly came to realize what a special podcast it truly is. In an expert manner Nick makes important topics of 20th century history come back to life! In episodes consisting of approximately 25 minutes in length, Nick is able to produce specialized content focusing on various subjects usually relating to military, diplomatic and economic history. Episodes such as Japanese Merchant Shipping Losses 1941-45 and 1919 Bolsheviks and the Paris Peacemakers are just a couple that stand out in my mind that I have recently enjoyed. He makes these graduate level topics come to life with various facts and figures in an easy to understand and appreciate manner... AND just as importantly he makes them EASY and ENJOYABLE listening! This podcast deserves to climb the ranks of iTunes with others enjoying fruits of this labour of love. Good luck and best wishes my friend, Alex Seip

Love the podcast. Great perspective and research. Only thing keeping from 5 stars is the uneven audio quality and volumes, as well as ad interruptions mid-sentence.
