Look forward to hearing the newer stuff to see how they have developed. I’m am very impressed with the great group of gamers and have...Read full review »

This is the only long-running actual play podcast set in Numenera (and one of the few in the Cypher system) I’ve found that I enjoy. The RP is *fantastic*—except when they attempt to portray children and their parents, an interaction that comes across as very stilted. The characters are...Read full review »

In just a few months I’ve raced through over a hundred episodes of this podcast. I’ve deferred holds on library books in favor of Explorers Wanted. Daniel manages to convey the singular bizarreness of Numenera without resorting to extended descriptions that would bog down action. The characters...Read full review »

The cast and the storyteller of this podcast keep me hooked. I love the mix of weird, surreal, and slightly unnerving world elements that keep the characters (and the listeners) on the edge of their seat throughout the adventure. All in all, a thrilling experience.

I have yet to crack open the Numeneran Tomes and caravan myself, but the world this legendary troupe treads inspires Bagginses like me to set forth. I expect the baseline of the Ninth World setting to be at least a shade of Daniel’s twisted, it’s only right! I love listening to this podcast: -...Read full review »

Definitely not worth anywhere near 1 star. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I recently finished binging the entire playlist, after wanting something that fell out of the usual D&D AP podcasts out there. I was iffy on the setting and the system, but this was the podcast that sold...Read full review »

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good real play podcast, especially if you enjoy Numenera and the...Read full review »

Explorers Wanted is a TTRPG actual play in Monte Cook's Numenéra setting, presenting 4 heroes exploring the futuristic 9th world, during which they get involved in personal yet deeply world changing plots. Quality roleplay and a rare calm and collected approach to play create a more mystery...Read full review »

This podcast has great chemistry among the players and GM, awesome quality, and the production really helps increase the immersion. The players do a great job working together and fleshing out their characters. You can tell that they are all in when they even choose to send their character to do...Read full review »

This is a great realplay podcast that manages to combine an engaging and suspensful story with fun (and funny!) roleplaying, all within the world of Numenera and the CYpher rule-system. The cast is clearly having a great old time, and the GM has woven together a rich storyline that links...Read full review »

The GM and players have great chemistry with each other, the characters are distinct and interesting, and there's a nice balance of story and action to keep things moving. I'm not familiar with the world of Numenera, but had no trouble following along through context, and listening to...Read full review »

A fun and humerous introduction to the world of Numenera. Equally a show about adventure, found family, and exploration. Great all around.wesigisttisssststuaatusutd

I love this podcast. It’s well edited and the audio is good. The cast is not overly silly like so many are. Great all around.

I’ve purchased the Numenera books and am obsessed, but have not been able to play yet. I sampled both video recordings and podcasts all over the net, looking for the most engaging GM and the coolest cast to familiarize myself with actual gameplay. I stopped looking when I found Explorers Wanted....Read full review »

This is a great Numenera podcast, in fact it’s a great Actual Play podcast in general. The cast has a great chemistry, they’ve made great characters, and the way they present the rules makes it easy to follow even if you aren’t familiar with them. The story is very intriguing and the quality is...Read full review »

I don’t have a background with Numinera, and I don’t feel like I am missing anything from the story. They do a good job of keeping the plot moving and exploring the wold without getting hung up on the rules.

Just stumbled on this podcast a few days ago and am already through 5 of the episodes! I love it!
