Mindfulness practices and  exploring awareness can lead to a deep realization of the unity of all beings. A deep realization comes and goes in glimpses then clear windows, they become deeper and start integrating into daily life, conditioned beliefs and habitual thought patterns start to fall away, we begin to realize that we all share this one unconditioned place in a unified in this field of awareness. The included guided meditation helps one get familiar with an experience of awareness and unity.
