Seriously?
Ok. I decided to give this podcast a second listen. Wow! Aside from a cure for insomnia, what is the point of this? The website is a great resource, but what passes for in-depth info from podcast #199 is the following. "The easiest way to tell who will get the most saves in a bullpen is what inning the pitcher is brought in. Balfour is coming in in the 7th inning and Ryan Cook the 9th in close games. So, Cook will end up with the most saves if that continues.". Really! No kidding! This followed 3-4 minutes of a boring discussion on beer. Sorry, but this podcast is not for me!Read full review »

Much as Fangraphs is a unique place among the baseball community online, this podcast is pretty unique. Carson takes some getting use to, but he has a sort of NPR style.
