Not so “N”Iceman!
Frank, Wanted to write a review and let you know how amazing your training has been. After you coached me last year I repeated the majority of the programs to try and peak for Iceman and peak is what I did. With two weeks to go I hit my all time 1 min, 5 min and 20min power and then with 1 week to go rode a local gravel race (the Lowell 33) and won overall. And whilst my actual result at Iceman wasn’t what I really wanted, that was primarily due to the conditions and my bike handling, and not my fitness. Thanks for all you have taught me, I will always be a fascat! Simon Bailey

This is mostly just them trying to sell you coaching or nutritional plans. It gets old quick. Amongst that are some helpful tips but far too much “buy our plans” for me.
