Thank you Gin and Sheri! The topics each week are always what I need. I love this podcast so much. You gals compliment each other with your differences. What I mean is —-how great it is to hear two different perspectives on eating. Gin eats good carbs (beans) and Sheri needs protein, this is important for the community to hear especially when we struggle with finding out what works best for each person. With the diet brain and so much confusion of low carb vs Keto vs low fat —-this is great information. Dynamic duo! Wanda from VA

Read & studied Gin‘s book “Fast Feast Repeat”in December 2022 three times. I try not to start anything I can’t give 100%. I took Gin’s 28 day fast start and begin on January 2. Today July 1 I feel like a new woman. My IF journey has changed my life, I’m grateful for Gin and her community.
