If quirky, fun, and silly things make our lives, work, and relationships richer, why are we not adding FUN to our nutrition and fitness routines?  If you look at exercise, food prep and cooking as dreaded chores, you are FAR less likely to workout and cook. But if you add some gamification, some silliness, and some fun into those things, you’ll be far more likely to do them in the first place and quite possibly start to enjoy them and feel amazing and proud that they are done!
