A disappointing end

This whole series was fabulous, until the very end. As a small scale farmer, we very much engage our customers with where their food comes from. Our belief is that the root cause of the ultra processed addiction actually lies in our disconnect to our food and where it comes from. When Chris at the end casually comments about not being able to eat their last chicken and sending it to a sanctuary, he shows exactly how he is the same as everyone else, but without openly admitting or discussing it further. Totally disconnected to his food. For me, this was a depressing end to what was actually a fabulous podcast by a brilliant author.

I’d recommend to anyone interested in where their food comes...Read full review »

Based on his book and other podcast series, I think Chris Van Tullekan really tried to cover every perspective, rather than just the easy ones. I’d have preferred a little more discussion and digging down with the...Read full review »
