So good
What a great series of podcasts. So informative and easy to follow. The 4 pillars is not just a diet but a way of life. The ingredients are pure and whole. Not need to spend lots on food. Fruit, vegetables, salad and pulses are all so cheep. (my tip is to get a slow cooker). Exercise is so important too. Walking is free but I've started TRX training (£15 from Decathlon) which is the only equipment you need at home. It fits over the top of a door and works by using your own body for resistance. There are Loads of youtube sites and free apps to follow. Relaxation is helped by the various free apps (Calm or headspace). Sleep is the most difficult thing for me coz my husband SNORESZZZZZZ. ❤️ Dr Chattergee!Read full review »
