Honest, engaging, endearing, but above all, helpful. Truly helpful. I found this podcast through a link on White Poppy’s Facebook, and listened to the episodes involving Crystal, first - but then dipped into random episodes across the entire series, and have found each conversation I’ve listened to so far to be thought-provoking, friendly, and motivational. Although my own personal experiences with depression and anxiety haven't been anywhere near as severe as Kye’s or his guests, I’ve taken a lot of comfort from them sharing their stories, and the advice given for dealing with their conditions. With every episode I’ve listened to, I’ve managed to relate to the topics and feelings discussed, and it’s made me realise that I wasn’t addressing certain problems in my own life in the correct way; it’s also made me think about the friends that I have who suffer with mental health issues, and how I can be a better friend to them. I’ll be recommending this podcast, for a start. The show is consistently well recorded and formatted, too; the intros, theme music and sign-offs are all put together in a really cool way, and the overall feel is very relaxed and inviting. I mostly listen to this podcast while taking long-walks, and it completely puts me at ease, it’s almost meditative. I’m looking forward to listening to the rest of them! Keep going, Kye!Read full review »

I have always felt weird in so many ways. These wonderful conversations help remind me that we are all a little weird and that's ok. Really enjoying these.Read full review »

Awesome podcast, even when I don’t have the specific disorder I still find each episode relevant and helpful. I can either gain a helpful tip or just feel good knowing someone else has experienced/felt the same thing, and it is valid to feel that way.
