“This podcast is one of the only ones I still listen to. It's a breath of fresh air and positivity in a world and media that is so often horribly negative and hope shattering for many people. I highly recommend checking out this podcast.
Feeling good is an excellent book and I've seen it improve lives for a few people myself included.
As for the podcast, it makes the book so much more realistic and being able to listen to live sessions in the podcast really brings home how effective these methods are.
Rather than throwing pills at a problem, TEAM CBT has the person suffering analyze their thoughts to understand why they're suffereing, and then to make changes to behaviour, perception or expectations to end up feeling much better.
