Interesting and informative podcast
The only problem with this podcast is there aren't enough episodes! I've read Feeling Good and (part of) The Feeling Good Handbook and I find it fascinating how Dr. David Burns started out with really solid ideas and techniques to deal with depression and anxiety and just keeps adding more (for TEAM therapy I'm thinking specifically Paradoxical Agenda Setting to address resistance) and it's completely accessible to the general public. Many of these reviews are written by therapists, who are presumably mostly relating to the podcast on a professional level, but speaking as someone who is not a therapist myself I also value and enjoy the podcast. I find the concepts and methods helpful in my personal life and relationships.Read full review »
