Really works
At some point exercises from Feeling Good book stopped helping me. It was until I found this podcast and learned about Paradoxical Agenda setting. With self-acceptance that this methodology brings I feel much happier in life. Thanks David and Fabrice!

These podcasts are excellent. Like millions of others, I’m a big fan of Dr Burns’ bestselling books.
