Highly recommended!
These podcasts are excellent. Like millions of others, I’m a big fan of Dr Burns’ bestselling books. It seems pretty difficult to get hold of the books in audio format, so these podcasts are a great alternative way to listen to him talk about many of his approaches. Some of the podcasts are more aimed at therapists and some more for the general audience but Dr Burns is a natural communicator with some fascinating stories to tell, so I (as a general listener) have found myself listening to these again and again. There is some great stuff here. And for me personally I find listening to these podcasts helps keep Dr Burns’ approaches at the forefront of my mind, which has been great for helping me manage my moods on an ongoing basis.

I really appreciate the insightful views and the wide range of topics discussed on the podcast. I'm hoping to use something similar to the Daily Mood Log in the school setting and was wondering if I could get a blank copy?Read full review »
