I love love love it!
I listen to all of them! If only I can consistently apply them to my life it would be a game changer! One thing I would like to note is that Fabrice’s voice is nice and clear, but David’s voice sounds like he is s distance away from the mic. It would be s huge improvement if they could both be nearby to the microphone since I cannot h at David’s voice properly when I’m driving on the freeway, even with the volume all the way up. Since I made salt listen to podcasts in the car, it turns out that I have missed the feeling good podcast because of this. I really love it - heads and tails better than any of my others.

These podcasts are really interesting and enjoyable! Considering that David Burns is one of the founders of "cognitive therapy" it is fun to hear him as such a warm and engaging story teller as well as a brilliant therapist.Read full review »
