Best Amateur Podcast Going
I listen to a lot of podcasts from NPR, KCRW, the Guardian etc. and the quality of this podcast stands shoulder to shoulder to them. Their film reviews are honest, subjective, personal and entertaining. If they hate or love something, they say so and why they felt that way. It's a nice unique middle ground between the Pauline Kael/Anthony Lane film criticism and the Roger Ebert school of 'thumbs up/thumbs down', # of stars type film review.Read full review »
