The podcast could be condensed to six episodes due to filler. Final episode title is misleading. If you’re interested in media this is a very okay listen. Not the worst, nor the best podcast. 3 stars is a fair review. Anything below is filled with too much hate.

If you like lots of commercials and repetitive filler to stretch this out to more episodes, then this is for you. The host is overly dramatic and the story isn’t that interesting. Also, the interviews are nothing but sleazy people and some that are criminals.

Matt Drudge is not the most important figure in media. Maybe he was in right wing media if you ignore Murdoch. There were only 4 episodes worth of content.

There are AI ads twice every episode. Really makes it hard to take any of this seriously.

If you want to listen to a long podcast speculating about where or why or what Matt Drudge might be thinking or doing then this is it. If you really want some information about what happened historically, what he’s doing now, why he doesn’t like Trump, etc. it’s not here. Matt Drudge never shows...Read full review »

Totally bias to communist agendas, in my opinion.

A plant who was fed info by mossad and CIA. This really obvious fact wasn’t even discussed.

This was a fascinating series. Binged the entire thing in one setting.

Actually pretty bad.

I did learn some things about Drudge. Thanks. But Episode 8 made memories of Geraldo Rivers’s show to open Al Capone’s safe. Pitiful. You guys probably weren’t born so go back and look at it. Love the “so Drudge is actually really here.” Awful.

This was maybe an hour of meaningful content that they tried to turn into something more. It should have been 1 or 2 episodes. It really drags, especially toward the end.
Wildcat3514 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/21/24
It’s almost impressive that this podcast managed to make an interesting topic this boring. The only highlight was picturing the two losers sitting at a table like two jilted lovers hoping Drudge walked in.
Derelict666 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/18/24
Update after listening to the whole thing: these guys know who the current editor is, they never reveal or hint who it is, they know that Drudge is largely hands-off and always intended to be. And yet they have no idea why the tone change? (And it makes sense. It’s not that “Drudge” is anti-trump...Read full review »

I was really interested but disappointed. There are a couple of interesting interviews, but an inexcusable amount of pointless filler about the creators and their friends. It ends up being more of a show about fans stalking a celebrity.

Zero content in this podcast

This guy just has various people repeat the same Drudge tropes over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over…

Found you from Megyn Kelly and I’m so glad I did! Loved every episode and was so intrigued!!! As a political junky and lover of a good mystery, I had heard of the Drudge Report but didn’t know anything about him, so this was fascinating! And fun!

Very misleading and disappointing end to the series.

Listened to all of it thinking we’d finally learn some information. Other than some insights on Hillary campaign and Trump campaign, this turns out to be a show about nothing

You can find short clips of this podcast between the numerous commercials. When you do you’ll find a kind of compelling story about Drudge, who they really try and elevate his status by interviewing only people on the right wing.

I listen to a lot of podcasts, but never found this one. Although I was never a huge, Drudge user, I devour news now, and I found this, absolutely riveting. Matt Drudge is right around my age and I remember when he came on the scene, but I wasn’t in the DC/Hollywood scene, so never paid that...Read full review »

It's painfully apparent, by the low ratings posted by conservatives, they don't appreciate Moody's objective reporting—and have an ax to grind with Drudge. If *you* appreciate objective reporting that looks at all sides of the story, have a listen. Personally, I found it informative...Read full review »

Lots of conservatives trying to review bomb this podcast. Drudge is notoriously anti-Trump because unlike today’s conservatives he has the ability to think for himself. Drudge is a longtime right-wing operative that broke the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal. In the 90s conservatives suffered from what...Read full review »

I grew up in a conservative family and was probably ten years old when Drudge broke the Clinton scandal. Drudge has been fascinating to me my entire adult life, so this podcast looked so interesting. Instead, we get another tired ‘fake mystery, no solution’ type podcast that sets up a mystery...Read full review »

Calls Alex Jones a conspiracy theorist and it’s kind of odd that a lot of Alex Jokes theories are becoming true.

This story has so much potential but is so circular, really looking over the legacy and impact of Drudge and how he influenced media would be fascinating. Episode after episode having his old friends say he was amazing and probably got tired of the limelight is incredibly boring. Who is this for?...Read full review »

Matt Drudge is central to understanding today's politics. What he started in the late 1990's is how everything is done now. So it's interesting to hear this podcast. I liked the episode about the Clinton (2008) campaign conduit to Drudge and her take on things. It might get...Read full review »

The show has a great premise but suffers from a lack of content. There is an interesting narrative that is being told, but not enough actual research and information to develop a story. Could have maybe been 3 stars, but having to listen to Tucker Carlson once again state opinions like facts...Read full review »

It’s always been on my mind, where did Matt Drudge go? I used to love listening to his radio show and would go to his website 5 times per day. My theory is he sold the website for a large sum of money to a left leaning organization, possibly Soros related, and then disappeared. The sum was too...Read full review »

Just repeating a couple facts over and over. Throwing some speculation here and there. This could have been about an hour long. Maybe 55 minutes or less.

This story is fascinating, but I was really disappointed to hear Tucker Carlson as a source. He’s a known exaggerator.

I hadn’t thought of Drudge’s intentional anonymity, or how the MSM/press turned on him in an attempt to shut him up. For those of us who cheered Drudge on and couldn’t get enough of the Drudge Report during the Clinton scandals, this is a must listen. Move over Carmen Sandiego!
