I have arthritis and am so glad I’ve found a knowledgeable source to listen to when it comes to protecting your joints and not overdoing it. Adding cardio or HIIT has sent me over the edge on a flare up and I love getting confirmation that cardio is very much up to each one individually. Thank you Dr Shannon
