I love this podcast. I started my health journey 8 months ago and the advice and information I found here has been game changing! The female perspective, the modern woman, the pregnant and new mom takes are so helpful. Highly recommend.

Sad to leave
I used to love this podcast but lately Dr. Shannon has had pseudo-scientists on, which degrades the value of her brand. Evlo and her exercise program are grounded in science but when she has people on who aren’t registered dieticians and aren’t actually educated in the things they are speaking...Read full review »
