I have been listening to Fit Body, Happy Joints ® for about a year and have been doing the exercises from Evlo along with it! First of all, Shannan and everyone else are so good to instruct first and give different options for doing exercises. They are sticklers for proper form and for the proper...Read full review »

after listening to a handful of podcasts, Dr. shannon made me realize that I’m likely overtraining my body. I’m week 2 into her app and I have more energy, body feels less “beat up” and muscles are toned. Thank you for inspiring me with science based research to follow your approach!! I think the podcast comes off as well researched but in many episodes where research is mentioned there is not information shared on the study group. For example most studies are done on white men, not women, not POC, so it’s not completely inaccurate. It’s clear that whatever she’s putting out...Read full review »
