As a fitness professional myself for over 10 years, I continue to learn so much by listening to this podcast. I recommend it to others constantly and appreciate that the content is evidence based and teaches listeners not to give in to every fitness trend we see circulating online.

Not only are these podcasts super digestible (Dr Shannon really breaks the science down), but they offer a different approach to fitness than the break your body down or HIIT fanaticism you get from other fitness podcasts. It is refreshing to hear how less cardio and rest days can truly give you better results. Dr Shannon knows her stuff! Her whole program is backed by science.
