Science based, informative, different approach to fitness
Not only are these podcasts super digestible (Dr Shannon really breaks the science down), but they offer a different approach to fitness than the break your body down or HIIT fanaticism you get from other fitness podcasts. And it is all rooted in science, which gives you so much more of the why. I also love the breadth of topics (from cortisol’s effects on your body to which exercises are best).
